Shipping conditions
1. Scope
These shipping terms apply to all orders placed through Lynea Aya 's Shopify store. They apply to deliveries within Germany and to countries within the European Union, unless otherwise stated.
2. Shipping partners and shipping methods
We ship our products via reliable shipping providers.
The available shipping methods are displayed during the ordering process.
Possible shipping providers: DHL, DPD, Hermes or similar providers.
Selection is based on availability, shipping costs and delivery times.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout and depend on:

Offers for free shipping are explicitly stated on the product page or during the ordering process.
4. Delivery times

Germany: usually 2–13 working days after receipt of payment

EU countries: 5–18 working days after receipt of payment
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider, holidays, or unforeseen events.
5. Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage during shipping passes to the customer upon handover of the goods to the shipping service provider.
We recommend checking shipments for completeness and damage upon delivery.
6. Refusal of acceptance or return by the parcel service
If delivery is refused or the shipment is undeliverable, the same conditions apply as for a return. Shipping costs incurred due to a return may be charged to the customer, provided this is legally permissible.
7. Delivery address
Please provide a complete and correct delivery address during the ordering process.
Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery.

For deliveries to other EU countries, the addresses provided by the customer apply.
8. International deliveries (EU)
Deliveries to other EU countries are subject to the same conditions as within Germany, but may take longer.
Any customs duties, taxes or additional fees incurred in the recipient country are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Shipment tracking
For all orders, a tracking number will be provided, if supported by the shipping provider.
This allows you to track the status of your delivery at any time.
